
Tofu Shirataki Chinese Salad
INGREDIENTS
1 pkg (8 oz) House Foods Tofu Shirataki Spaghetti shape
1/2 large napa cabbage
2 large carrots
2 stalks celery
Seasonings:
2 Tbsp sweet soy sauce paste or soy sauce
1 tsp Szechuan brown peppercorn oil or House Rayu (chili oil)
1 tsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp garlic cloves smashed
DIRECTIONS
1) Cook Tofu Shirataki in boiling water for 2 minutes, drain and dry well. Cut into manageable size and set aside.
2) Cut cabbage, carrot, celery into 2-inch long silvers. Arrange around edge of a plate to form a circle.
3) Put Tofu Shirataki in the center. Mix soy sauce paste, oil and garlic. Serve cold.

Sukiyaki-style Konnyaku Noodles
INGREDIENTS
1 pkg. House Premium Shirataki Konnyaku
4 stalks green onion, cut into 2 sections
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp. mirin or sake
DIRECTIONS
Drain House Premium shirataki Konnyaku and set aside. Mix water, soy sauce, sugar and mirin or sake in small pot and bring to boil. Add House Premium Shirataki and Simmer for 10 minutes. Then add green onion and cook for additional 2-3 minutes.

Tofu Miso Soup
INGREDIENTS
1 (14 oz.) pkg. House Premium Tofu Regular, drained & cut into 1/2" cubes
1 stalk green onions, chooped if desired
1 Tbsp. Miso (soybean paste)
1 tsp. Ajinomoto Hondashi (Bonito Soup Stock)
3 cups of water
DIRECTIONS
In a medium saucepan, boil water. Add cubed tofu and cook for a minute.
Into the saucepan, add Hondashi and miso. Mix miso until dissolved throughly (avoid breaking tofu). Add green onions. Serve hot.
